Leadership
Our Executive Committee

The Fraternity should actively contribute to the personal growth and development of its members.
We teach young men social skills that will benefit them throughout their lifetime. The multitude of leadership opportunities available through the Fraternity prepares members for success in their chosen careers. Our chapter organizes well-rounded programs and strives for excellence and quality in all undertakings.
Committee Leaders
Rush Chair
The Rush Chair, Liam Bold, puts on the best rush week we can have for the spring and fall semesters. They ensure we can find the best out there for our fraternity. Everything you see during rush week is conducted by him.

Brotherhood Chair
The Brotherhood Chair, Dylan Vanerwegen, is responsible for maintaining the fellowship of the Chapter. He specializes in event planning and is a leader that can rally the Chapter to participate in such events.
Community Service Chair
The Community Service Chair, Cory Brown, is responsible for maintaining the service aspect of this chapter. This man will be in charge of setting up events to impact and help out the community. He ensures that we keep a good connection with our community and give back as much as possible.

Philanthropy Chair
The Philanthropy Chair, Jack Garcia, is responsible for planning, executing, and tracking philanthropic events and hours for the Kappa-Rho chapter. As with the community service chair, he makes sure we give back to our philanthropy, Military Heroes Campaign, as much as we can.
Scholarship Chair
The Scholarship Chair, Konnor Sjuille, is required to oversee and improve scholarship among the fraternity. This person will schedule study rooms and work with those in bad standing. This person will develop and revise our academic contract to make sure that each brother complies with the requirements of being above the All-Men's average (2.5 GPA).

Risk Management Chair
The Risk Management Chair, Trey Lahn, is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our brothers are kept in check on a day-to-day basis. The Risk Management chair should be a respected individual that can command the respect and attention of the brotherhood.
Social Chair
The Social Chair, Jake Barrett, is responsible for thoroughly and diligently planning the socials with other sororities. This chair aids in the development of communication and event management skills. This chair builds our relationship with others in the Greek Life system.

Formal Chair
The Formal Chair, Tyler Mitchell, is responsible for thoroughly and diligently planning the semesterly chapter formals. The duties of this chair allow for flexibility, creativity, and great event management skills. In the past we have put on great formals and destination formals and hope to continue that trend in the future.
Leadership Opportunities
All of these chairs are leaders of their own committees. All of these committees have regular meetings about courses of actions and other things necessary for their positions. Joining a committee is a step in the right direction to take up a leadership position. In Kappa Sigma, we provide a great deal of opportunities to be a leader and take charge from the moment you are pledged in to the moment you graduate and even after. All it takes is a little ambition to get the ball rolling and go from committee to chair to EC to a bigger job position in the future. The bottom line is we offer a leadership role for whatever you are looking for; all it takes is a little ambition.
